Day 1: Arriving at Seattle-Tacoma Intl airport, your Alpenguides will greet you and introduce you to the rest of your group. We'll hop in the van as soon as we collect all campers and drive about 2 hours to our first campsite for general camp introductions and games followed by the first of many delicious and fresh "camp gourmet" meals. Camping at a state park campground near Port Townsend, WA.

Day 2: Yoga introduction and sea kayaking followed by blueberry picking and an evening of fun and games. Camping at same campground. Note: Yoga is an integral part of all Alpengirl camp itineraries and the start to most days.

Day 3-5: Drive towards Forks, Washington to begin our introductory 2-mile backpack trip out to Hole in the Wall on Rialto Beach for 3 days of beach games, tide-pooling, campfires and stunning sunsets.

Day 6: Rest and re-supply, camping at a State Park near the coast.

Day 7-11: Enjoying our 5-day (1 day is a rest day), 17.6 mile loop backpack trip starting in the rainforest and climbing along the High Divide Trail with breathtaking views of Deer, Heart and the Why Lakes, as well as the awe-inspiring peaks of Mt. Olympus, finishing with a long descent and soaking at Sol Duc Hot Springs. Alpengirl backpacking trips typically include 4-8 miles of backpacking and/or day hiking each day and route and distance selection is dependent on trail conditions, group camping availability, weather and group interests and abilities.

Day 12: Sea kayak on the Straits of Juan de Fuca and camp at campground near Port Angeles.

Day 13: Enjoy a ferry ride across the straits and a day in historically charming and beautiful Victoria, BC Canada. Our last hooray together! Awards, feasting, and other surprises!

Day 14: Departing from Seattle-Tacoma Intl airport. See you next summer!
