The Greater Yellowstone Adventure Alpengirls completed the backpacking trip to Albro Lake at 8,829 ft., about 13 miles round-trip in 4 days. The group showed great teamwork and enjoyed 4th of July celebrations with pudding cups, sparklers and bubbles on the trail! Today the group will tour caverns and soak in hot spring before a final hooray and hoopla day of shopping and pizza party closing celebrations in Bozeman.

Alpengirl joins with The Burnt Lake Foundation (BLF) to offer summer camp scholarships. The BLF is a non-profit organization that financially assists campers in paying for selected rocky mountain camps they want to attend. No commitment is necessary to see if you can join Alpengirl on a partial or full scholarship. Just email Alpengirl for a BLF application, mail it in right away, and wait and see what happens. Very few applications are turned in each year, we’d like the number of applications to increase – so, just try it and see!
